Villa Caetaro I
A private treetop sea-view retreat on Koh Samui. Contemporary architecture, panoramic views over the canopy to the sea, and an unusually intimate connection to tropical nature — available as a fully serviced private weekly rental.

Above the treetops. Open to the sea.
Villa Caetaro is positioned at treetop level, combining contemporary architecture, panoramic sea views and a rare closeness to nature. Wake to the movement of squirrels in the trees only metres from the terrace, feel the natural breeze across the open living spaces, and experience the rainforest atmosphere even during a tropical shower — all from the comfort of a refined private villa.
Designed to live inside and out.
Expansive glass walls connect the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge with the terraces, the tropical canopy and the sea beyond. High ceilings, natural materials and generous proportions create an elegant yet relaxed island atmosphere.
Your private wellness retreat.
A dedicated private gym of approximately 100 m² complements the villa’s wellness facilities. The residence also features a massage chair and a swimming pool with counter-current system — ideal for both training and relaxation.
